我叫欧阳春，来自湖北。两年前进入公司，从普通外贸业务员开始，最初负责老客户的维护和日常外贸订单的操作，表现比较突出，受到上级重视，随后参加国内外展会开发新客户，与客户沟通并负责接待来访的国外客户，根据客户要求制样、寄样、报价等。目前成为团队核心人物，带领外贸团队负责公司全部外贸业务工作，同时培训新员工，改进和规范业务操作流程。针对海外市场进行调查和搜集行业信息，通过展会、网站、实地考察等形式及时掌握行业发展趋势，协助技术人员与国外合作伙伴共同开发新项目，跟踪新项目开发、成本核算、产品报价、订单签订全过程。配合客户将新产品营销渠道拓展至国外知名连锁超市，参与国际大宗商品在我公司采购的全过程，包括：国际专业机构产品检验、验厂、验货，制程中质量抽检及生产改进等，熟悉海外大宗采购流程。
虽然入行不久，但是一直很积极地参与每个环节的工作，并善于学习和总结，把握住了很多个人发展的机会。培养出了一定的团队协调、沟通能力和组织能力。
