Today is New Year's Eve, and our family of three went to my grandmother's house to have New Year's Eve dinner. As soon as we arrived, we smelled the delicious aroma and ran to the kitchen to see that my grandmother was cooking various delicious and fragrant dishes.After the dishes were cooked, everyone brought them to the table. When we sat around the table, I smelled the delicious food again. I said happily, "How delicious!" Then the table was full of meat dumplings, fish dumplings, chicken soup, braised duck, water chestnut, watermelon, lotus root, braised rice eel, and many other dishes that I could not call out made my mouth water.
Dinner has started, and my grandfather, grandmother, uncle, aunt, father, mother, aunt, uncle, as well as me and two younger brothers, we are all happily eating New Year's Eve dinner, waiting for the arrival of the new year.

On New Year's Eve this year, while enjoying a family reunion dinner, I suddenly heard deafening sounds of firecrackers coming from outside. I suddenly remembered some fireworks that my mother bought for me, so I ran towards them and then grabbed my father to rush outside the door.After patiently listening to my father's request for fireworks, I couldn't wait to take out two "little dragonflies" fireworks and let my father carefully light the fuse. On the night of New Year's Eve, I went to my grandmother's house early to help her with her work. Grandma prepared a sumptuous New Year's Eve dinner. This dish is really rich! There are roasted chicken, roast duck, dumplings... and many delicious dishes. Our whole family gathered around the table eating with relish, and the room was filled with laughter and joy.
After finishing the New Year's Eve dinner, our family went to the New County Square to set off fireworks. The big, small, long, short, and colorful fireworks illuminated the night sky like daylight! The deafening sounds echoed in my ears.
Setting off fireworks is really tiring! But when I got to bed, I couldn't sleep anymore. Maybe it was because I was too excited, or because of the constant sound of firecrackers outside the window
