i have rested for 10 days. in these days, i felt very bored. i didn’t know to do what. although i had a lot of things to do, i felt uncomfortable. i was ill because of the hot weather. i was tired, sleepy and had no strength. my parents are worried about my health. in fact, it didn’t matter. i was always in the room with air-conditioner and opened it in a low temperature. so when i went out, the high temperature disagreed to me.at last, i was ill.

今天，我写《英语抄写本》时，看到这样一句谚语：Doing is better than saying. 中文意思是，与其挂在嘴上，不如落实到行动上.看到这句话，不禁想到了自己。
在我写的反思中，“下个月我一定全力以赴。”“我一定要赢”“我以后要多写日记”，这样的话比比皆是，可我又有哪一次完完全全的做到了呢!特别是在写日记上，坚持写了两三天，就懈怠下来了，以各种理由推托，要达到目标，绝对不是一张嘴说出来的，而是要付出努力，并且是坚持不懈、持之以恒的努力。万万不可三天打鱼，两天晒网，这样是一点用也没有的。有一位强劲有力的'对手，这是我的骄傲。是她激发了我的斗志，让我为之疯狂。我也知道，只有多写才能写好，只有写好才能得可投稿，只有得可投稿才可能会发表。然而，实现这一切还是需要我自己的努力，需要我的实际行动。

星期四上午，一位来自加拿大的老师给我们上了一节英语课。
上课铃响了，这位长着满头金发的外籍老师走进了我们班的教室。同学兴奋极不已，热情地向老师问好，教室里热闹极了！
课堂上，同学们聚精会神，老师教的每一个字母，我们都认真地读，老师说的每一句话，我们都认真地听。这节课，老师教了我们“笑”、“哭”、“想”等很多英语动词，还教我们给单词配上了有趣的动作，我们很感兴趣，每个人都学得津津有味。
不知不觉，下课的时间到了。老师动情地大声对全班同学说：“iloveyou！”可同学们都舍不得这位英语老师，簇拥着老师离开教室。
我希望下个星期快点到来，再一次见到这位漂亮的外国老师，再上那快乐的英语课。
